New user Checklist - where do I get started?
Completing the following steps will save you time (and in some cases money), ensuring you’re ready to begin sending messages on healthTxT!
IMPORTANT: Distribute this article about message length restrictions to anyone using healthTxT in your organisation
How do get across your message with the shortest number of characters to manage your costs.
- Understand how concise you can be in your messages to your recipients. When you compile a message to send, the length of the message you use, aligns to how much you are charged to send that message. For a message to be charged as one message charge, use character count of 1-160 characters in length. If the message goes above this character count the message can double or triple the cost. Please read the support documentation on character length.
