Signatures
It's good practice to identify yourself when sending an SMS message. From the healthTxT Compose page you can set and use your SMS signature. A signature will take up space in your message so it pays to keep it short.
On the Compose page, click Signature > Edit Signature. Your signature may be your organisation's name followed by the phone number, eg. From ABC Health 0800 123 456. If you want the message to be more personal, you may include your name in there as well. To insert your signature into a message, simply click Signature > Insert Signature.
Note: The healthTxT Signature is unrelated to an email signature. When using Email2SMS we also suggest that you use your email to set a signature.
